All Travel, Linked In One System

Stop running one trip across four tools.

Atlios is one system for DMCs, tour operators and independent travel agencies. Type the trip in one sentence and get it back priced, with your net, sell and margin on every line. Send the client a trip page written like a magazine. Run the bookings and the payments in the same record. Share the trip down the chain at your net, and nobody retypes it.

01

Type the trip once. It comes back priced.

Give Copilot the request the way the client gave it to you. It plans the whole trip in travel order, flights, bush flights, stays and transfers, and puts net, gross and a suggested price on every line it can price. Where no rate is loaded it says "rate on request". It never invents a number.

It proposes, you confirm. Nothing is booked or held until you book it. One confirm creates the client's File and opens it in the trip builder.

The Copilot panel inside Atlios. The request reads: Build a trip: London Heathrow to Selinda Camp 3 nights, then Gomoti Plains Camp 3 nights, then Victoria Falls River Lodge 2 nights, then Cape Town 3 nights, then back to London Heathrow. 2 adults, starting 6 May 2027. Copilot replies that it has planned an 11-night trip with one segment on request and asks the agent to review the plan and confirm.
The request, as typed. A screenshot of the live platform; the trip is an example.
Copilot's trip plan: 11 lines from London Heathrow to Selinda Camp, Gomoti Plains Camp, Victoria Falls River Lodge, Cape Town and back, for 2 adults, with net, gross and suggested columns per line. The first flight shows net 627, gross 655, suggested 689; the bush flight into Selinda is marked included in the camp rate. The totals read net 28,773, gross 35,822, suggested 39,583, with the note that prices are indicative until booked, above a Create trip button.
The plan, with the lines in between left out here. Prices are indicative until booked.

This is what the agent receives.

A net-rate sheet as a travel agency sees it inside Atlios when a DMC shares a trip. Each line carries its own basis and currency. The agency adds its sell in its own currency (rand, dollars, pounds or euros) and the DMC never sees it.

Example figures. North of the Limpopo the supplier prices in US dollars, and the sheet shows it that way. The highlighted line is a live rate that changed since the agent last opened the sheet; the sheet changed with it.

02

One trip, built three times.

The supplier has the price. The DMC rebuilds the trip in its own system, costs it in a spreadsheet and sends a PDF to an agent. The agent retypes it and sends another PDF to the client. By the time the client says yes, the lodge has moved its rate and nobody can say whose margin just went.

Inside each business the trip lives in four slices: a quoting or brochure tool for the content, a presentation tool to show it, accounting for the money, and spreadsheets, email and WhatsApp to hold it together. Atlios joins the slices.

One trip down the chain. Each business sees only its own margin.

The same trip moves from the supplier to the DMC, to the agency, to the client. Each business sees the price coming in, its own margin, and the price going out. Never the margin above it, never the margin below it. An agency can also take parts of one trip from more than one DMC and sell them as one.

Example figures on one line of a trip. Sharing works for the whole trip or item by item, and the DMC sets the net per agency. An agency can sell on in rand, dollars, pounds or euros at a rate it sets. An agency that books its own suppliers simply starts at the top of its own chain.

The client sees the agency's colours and logo, the agency's name, and the agency's price. Atlios appears once, as a small line at the foot of the page.

What you get

Screenshots of the live platform. The trips, clients and figures are examples.

Your margin on every line

Net, gross and suggested price on each segment, and the margin worked out as you edit, per line and for the whole trip. Flights arrive at the fare and take your markup. Lodges price from your own loaded rates. Any figure can be changed in place.

The Pricing tab of a File in Atlios. The header shows the trip Okavango to the Falls for two travellers, 11 nights, with the client paying USD 35,822, cost USD 28,773 and margin USD 7,049 at 19.7 percent. Three tiles repeat client pays, your cost and your margin. The table below has columns for segment, net (your cost, STO), gross, suggested and margin; the first row is the flight from Heathrow to Maun at net 626.56, gross 654.76, suggested 689.22 and margin 28.20.
Pricing tab. Client pays, your cost, your margin, then the same on every segment.

A trip page the client wants to read

Every trip is also a Story: a cover, a route map and the journey written out, region by region and stay by stay, under your brand, not ours. Change the plan and the Story follows. The client reads it on one page and approves it.

The Story view of a trip: a full-width photograph of Victoria Falls at sunset with the title Okavango to the Falls, dates 6 to 17 May 2027, 11 nights, 2 camps, the Falls and Cape Town, 2 travellers. Below it an introduction describing two corners of northern Botswana, then the thunder of Victoria Falls, with chips for what is included: fully inclusive at the camps, park and conservation fees, bush flights and transfers, flights from London.
The Story, as the client sees it. Photo, title and copy belong to the example trip.

The money, in the same record

Supplier bookings with their status, reference and balance. One ledger for money in and out: what the client has paid, what has gone to suppliers, in the client's currency and the supplier's, with the exchange result shown rather than hidden.

The Payments tab of a File: received from client USD 10,116.24 of USD 33,720.79, paid to suppliers USD 5,364.42 with USD 22,296.50 still owed, and an exchange result of plus USD 55.08. Below, a money in and out ledger lists a deposit paid to a camp in Zambian kwacha at the bank rate, a deposit paid to a lodge in US dollars, and the client's deposit received.
Payments tab. Money in and out, with the bank rate on each line.

The morning page

Open Files by stage, pipeline value, margin on the Files with every cost in, and what clients still owe, with the next payment due. Under it, what is late, what needs you and who departs next.

The Today page: Friday 2 October, 10 things need you, 4 are late. Four tiles read Open Files 6, Pipeline value USD 72,311.54, Margin 13.4 percent on the Files with every cost in, and Clients owe you USD 23,604.55, next by 2 May 2027.
Today, the first page in the morning.

Also in the same record: contacts for clients, agencies and suppliers; tasks and notes; documents on each booking; staff, vehicles and a scheduler for the operators who run their own trips.

  • Money you are owed

Import past bookings from a CSV. Atlios pulls them from the supplier and flags overpayments and commission still unpaid.

  • Your rate sheets, loaded

A lodge's rooms, seasons, extras and levies live in your Resource Library. Rates are read from the lodge's own rate sheet and marked to check until you confirm them. Price a stay for any dates and add it to the trip.

  • What is live today

Cruise lines including MSC, NCL, Silversea and Explora. Flights. Hotels. Transfers. Activities. Safari lodge availability. Your own contracted rates sit beside the live ones.

Coming soon Invoices and payment requests to the client. A client portal with messages and the itinerary PDF sent by email. Supplier emails from inside the trip. A booking site under your brand.

For DMCs, tour operators and independent travel agencies

DMCs

Build your destination once. Share it with every agency at its own net, whole trip or per item, and stop rebuilding it for each one. Commission tiers per agency. Your net rates stay guarded.

Tour operators

Lodges, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, transfers and activities priced in one trip, with your own contracted rates beside the live ones. Know your margin on every line before you quote. Staff, vehicles and the scheduler for the trips you run yourself.

Travel agencies

Quote, book and get paid from one record instead of four tools. Take trips from your DMCs at net, add your margin in your currency, and send the client one page under your brand. Past bookings brought in, with the money you are owed flagged.
